We awoke to our first rainy day in NZ. So instead of taking the hikes and surfing we had planned for the day, we decided that some debauchery was in order. On our path north, there were four wineries and two boutique chocolate factories to visit! Tastings are free at the wineries if you are there to buy—so guess what we did.
The photos show the rainy landscape towards Kerikeri, the antipasti platter we had for lunch at Marsden Estate Winery, and their dog...obviously working hard.
